This Place Is Extremely Unorganized! I Had An Appointment At 10 Am Central Time. I Arrived At 9:37 Am Central Time. It's 1:31 Pm Central Time Still Waiting. They Only Have One Dock To Unload From. Prepare Yourself In Advance Before Arriving With Food, Drink and Something To Occupy Your Time!!!!!!??? Update.....Just Found Out It Takes An Hour And A Half To Unload A Trailer Here! Also The Refrigerated Trailers Are Getting In & Out Quickly If Your Temperature 🌡️ Is Right For Loading!

It is as bad as other reviewed this place. If you book a load to this place ask before for the broker to put in RC the layover for a day worth. Not that 150-250 they have in the setup. Prepare to waist your day here and don’t book any load before afternoon. Tight, no place to wait, entire street has no parking signs but we stay anyway. Everybody has the 7:00 appointment.

Dont ever think to deliver or pick up from this company its ridiculous waiting over 8 hrs just to unload , drivers stay away from this company its ridiculous waiting arrive at 6 am and its 2 pm and still didn’t finished unloading!!

This place is just a joke. If you want to waste your time, you’re more than welcome here. They take almost 3 hours to unload 8 pallets. I arrived yesterday and was one of the first in line, but now it’s the next day, 11 AM, and I haven’t even been assigned a dock yet. They can take other trucks out of order, ignoring appointments. While we were waiting, there was a driver with a 6:30 AM appointment, but another truck arrived without an appointment—not a local, just someone coming here for the first time—and they took him in right away, just because they felt like it. When I asked, “Okay, so I’m next because my appointment is at 10 AM?” (this was at 9 AM), they told me, “No, because there’s still a truck ahead of you with a 6:30 AM appointment.” When I asked, “Then why didn’t you take him first, since he had an appointment at 6:30 AM?” the worker didn’t answer, just turned around and walked away. That’s the kind of policy this company has—no respect for drivers or anyone else. Avoid this place at all costs.
